Individual Engagement Metrics Page Now Loads Reliably for High-Volume Engagements
Engagements
An issue was resolved where the Individual Engagement Metrics page for Chat and Screener engagements timed out and failed to load for engagements with large response volumes (roughly 3,000 or more total responses), which caused recruiters and operations teams to lose visibility into performance data for their highest-volume automations.
What's changed?
Two targeted improvements were made to resolve the timeout and improve overall page responsiveness:
-
Response Date filter default updated: The Response Date filter now defaults to Last 7 Days instead of All Time when opening the metrics page. Users can still adjust the date range using the Response Date dropdown to view broader historical data.
-
Response data loads on demand: The Responses tab now loads its data only when a user navigates to it, rather than pulling all response data on initial page load.
This fix ensures reliable access to the Individual Engagement Metrics page, improving visibility into engagement quality and candidate response trends for large-scale outreach programs.
